Sponsorship and partnership arrangements are governed by separate written agreements. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that arrangement.
The VIRE name, logo, site content, and materials are owned by VIRE or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Photography and video may be captured at events and used by VIRE for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, tell us in writing before the event.
Our site may link to third party websites or use third party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
The site and events are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIRE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIRE and its officers, members, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site, the community, or any event. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to VIRE for the event or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold VIRE harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your conduct at events, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top will change. Continued use of the site or attendance at events means you accept the updated Terms.
